Free shipping across New Zealand. Australia is a flat NZ$10.

- Australia: 10–18 business days, tracked (NZ$10 flat)

Returns
Changed your mind? Return within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and return postage is covered by the customer.
To start a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number.
Warranty
Every DUET kit is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn’t working as it should, get in touch and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement.
Faulty items
Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act apply in addition to the above. If a product is faulty, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of the 14-day change-of-mind window.
