We ship to New Zealand and Australia.
Shipping costs
- New Zealand: free tracked shipping on every order
- Australia: NZ$10 flat rate, tracked
Delivery times
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 10–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and start once your order is placed. Occasional delays can happen during peak periods, bad weather or customs processing.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. You’ll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Wrong address or missing parcels
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while, or your parcel hasn’t arrived within the delivery window, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
